去掉：
uwsgi -s /tmp/uwsgi.sock --manage-script-name --mount /=app:hello --virtualenv /root/Envs/SIPEvents --plugin python
变成：
uwsgi -s /tmp/uwsgi.sock --manage-script-name --mount /=app:hello --virtualenv /root/Envs/SIPEvents
好像就可以了：
