远程Linux服务器中，去试了试

都找不到：

然后去：

去安装lrzsz：

好像是应该用rz？
果然是，应该是用rz＝＝receive file＝＝对于远端服务器来说，要接受（从客户端，此处的Mac）发送过来的文件
然后选择了一个文件，双击，即可
添加了，并且开始传送：
